Late Arrivals/Cancellations: Please do not be late for your appointments. We do not charge for no-shows, but please be courteous and give us a 24 hour notice of any cancellations.

Cell Phones and Pagers: Out of consideration for our guests, please mute cell phones and pagers or turn them off.

Children and Teens: 12 years is the minimum age requirement for our services. Children under 12 are not permitted in our service areas or treatment rooms for their protection.

Gift Certificates: These may be redeemed for services or retail products and are non-refundable.
